Managing change and growth while continuing to cope with day to day operations can be a challenge.
Although firms welcome growth, partners are often perplexed about how they have to change the firm, the staff and themselves in order to cope with a larger firm or a changing market.
In these rapidly changing times, many firms find that they know that they have to change – to adapt to declining markets, to generate new income and profit streams, to move to a new business model – but they don’t know what to do or how to do it in a structured way that continues to allow time for them to pursue their day to day management and fee-earning responsibilities.
Analysing what is working (and what needs to change), setting ambitious but realistic new goals for further growth and development and charting out a course for both strategic development and dealing with operational matters is an area where I assist many clients.
