Leading North-West building consultancy Anderton Gables appoints management consultant Kim Tasso to its Board as a Non-Executive Director from February of this year.
Anderton Gables building consultancy, which has offices in Manchester and Preston, was established in autumn 2007 by business partners Jonathan Shaw and Andrew Whittle.
Since then, Anderton Gables has seen sustained growth and the £1 million turnover business has continued to recruit surveying professionals and now has 14 staff working across the North West and nationally.
Having scooped last year’s Property Business of the Year Award at the prestigious Red Rose Business Awards, it has national client base including BAE Systems, Bunzl, Travis Perkins, Places for People Homes, Thwaites Brewery, Betfred, and Bodycare.
Kim Tasso, a management consultant, has worked with a number of leading property firms and was formerly a columnist for property magazine Estates Gazette. She has also published several books about the sector and wider professional development, including one on growing property partnerships.
Anderton Gables Managing Director and co-founder Jonathan Shaw said: “We have worked with Kim over the past few months and believe her knowledge of the property industry, as well as wide-ranging management skills, will be valuable in helping us achieve our ambitious growth target as we aim to lead the North of England in the realm of building consultancy.”
Kim Tasso said she was excited by the appointment. She added: “Anderton Gables is a fantastic firm with a fine set of people providing a really great service. Their success so far and passion for the business is impressive. I am excited at the prospect of being a part of their continued and ambitious growth.”
