Originally, I spent 18 months learning Freestyle Combat Karate (a combination of kick-boxing and karate) and completed numerous gradings to reach green belt. Then I had to change coaches and tried various types including Choi and Teatsu and then seki-juku at The Busen Club in Twickenham. As a result, I have dabbled with learning both Japanese and Korean.
We have recently all joined the GKN Club. As well as self-defence, karate is a great way to keep fit and relieve stress. I am also told that I have an aggressive streak that makes me a fierce opponent. Me, aggressive?
