Econsultancy
Another serious contender in this space is e-consultancy http://econsultancy.com/uk. It’s a bit different in that it is a community where the world’s digital marketing and ecommerce professionals meet to sharpen their strategy, source suppliers, get quick answers, compare notes, help each other out and discover how to do everything better online.
Founded in 1999, Econsultancy has grown to become the leading source of independent advice and insight on digital marketing and ecommerce. Its reports, events, online resources and training programmes help over 120,000 members make better decisions, build business cases, find the best suppliers, look smart in meetings and accelerate their careers.
It too offers digital marketing qualifications http://econsultancy.com/uk/training/qualifications including:
There are two part-time MSc qualifications – one for marketing and one for e-commerce:
MSc in Digital Marketing Communications
Econsultancy created the first ever UK MSc in Digital Marketing Communications — and it’s widely recognised as the most rigorous, professional and practical program in the market. The MSc in Internet Retailing was the UK’s first postgraduate qualification to specifically address the career and business needs of ambitious retail professionals. This option goes beyond pure e-commerce to embrace the wider business strategy of online and multichannel retail.

I had a horrible experience on the IDM postgraduate diploma in digital marketing, and would like to share my story with others:
-old-school, outdated looking software (not mobile friendy)
-no webinars as advertised
-boring content with old case studies
-you dont have the opportunity to resit modules
BUT WORST OF ALL: When I expressed my concerns, IDM sent me a shocking response because I said I was unhappy with the service and wanted to complain on social:
My direct response from the Chair IDM Exam Board:
“Your comment to “…communicate via social…” if things don’t go your way, is something I personally find offensive, unnecessary and not at all helpful to the situation.”
When all I want to do is share my story with other people! almost 5k was a lot of money for me, and I want to make sure people have as much information as possible to form their own opinions! #theidm #sorrynotsorry #postgraduatediploma
